Intermountain Gas will be installing a new gas main and will be removing the above ground regulator by relocating your existing service line to the new gas main at no charge to you. The project is scheduled to begin at the end of April 2021.
The work will be performed by Intermountain Gas. The relocation will require an interruption of your service for 2-4 hours. If you are not home when service is restored, a door hanger will be left on your front door with contact information to schedule the relighting of your natural gas equipment. Please note, Intermountain Gas will relight your natural gas appliances at your convenience and again at no charge to you.
Please be aware of the following:
- At least 48-hours prior to construction, underground utilities will be located and marked with paint, flags or lathes
- Excavated areas on your property will be replaced as found.
- An excess flow valve (EFV) will be installed near the main connection.
Below is a map outlining the areas where work will be performed.
