We experienced a hardware failure that has affected the Online Account Service portion of our site. We are working to have the system available as soon as possible. The time of restoration is unknown at this point, but it will be at least Tuesday morning before the system is available. Self-service options such as obtaining account balance, due date, date of last payment as well as scheduling payment plans are available through our IVR by calling the customer service number (800 548-3679) and selecting option 3.
