Stop or Transfer Services

Login or enroll now to make an online request to stop service or transfer service to another home in our service territory. Using our Online Account Services module helps us expedite your service request. Please sign-up for our online account services or login to your existing web-account on our account services portal at You can also call our customer service center at 1-800-548-3679 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Please DO NOT use Intermountain's online forms if:

  • You need service within the next two business days; or
  • Your service has been disconnected because you have not paid your Intermountain Gas bill.

Instead, please call our Customer Service Center. Treasure Valley customers can call 377-6840. For all other areas call 1-800-548-3679. We are available to take your calls from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m, Monday through Friday.
