of your bill. (See Understanding Your
Bill). If you think you should be in a different category, please
call our Customer Service Center at 377-6840 in the Boise/Treasure Valley area or 1-800-548-3679 from all other areas. We are available to take your calls from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,
MST, Monday through Friday.
RS-1 or Residential 1 - Regardless of how many other gas appliances you have, you fit into this category if you do
not have both natural gas heat and a natural gas water heater.
RS-2 or Residential 2- You qualify for this lower rate if you have both natural gas heat and a natural gas water
heater.
GS-1 or General Service- You fit into this category if you use natural gas for your small commercial or light
industrial business.
Your bill also contains a customer charge.
This is our basic charge for services, which include customer billing and meter maintenance.
