BillMatrix Payment Services

BillMatrix Debit, Credit, ATM Card and Electronic Check Payments

For payment of your Intermountain Gas bill and/or security deposit you can pay online or by telephone. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a convenience fee of $2.75 (for each payment up to $600.00) for all forms of payment made using this service. The convenience fee is paid directly to BillMatrix and will appear with your Intermountain Gas payment in your credit card or bank statement. Intermountain Gas does not receive any portion of the BillMatrix fee.

  • ATM/debit cards with a Pulse, Star, NYCE or ACCEL logo
  • Electronic Checks

Required information to register:

  • 12-digit Intermountain Gas account number
  • Telephone number where you can be reached
  • Credit card or ATM/debit card - expiration date and zip code of where the credit/debit card statement is mailed for payment.
  • Check - checking account number and routing number
  • Payment amount

Payment Information:

  • Payments made by midnight, MST will be posted to your Intermountain Gas account the following business day.
  • A returned check charge will be assessed by IGC if an electronic check payment is returned
  • If you have received a final disconnect notice or are paying to have your service restored, please contact Intermountain Gas with your BillMatrix confirmation number to advise us of your payment and/or to schedule service reconnection.
