Intermountain Gas Company offers many convenient payment options designed to make your bill paying as easy as possible. One or more will work for you. Online Payment Intermountain Gas offers three online payment options that give our customers the convenience of online payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
IGC eBill and ePayment - A secure way to view and/or pay your bill online anytime. Learn More \| Enroll/Schedule Payment
CheckFree - For customers who want to pay all their bills in one convenient location. Intermountain Gas is partnered with CheckFree to provide IGC bills to view and pay online. Learn More

AutoPay - AutoPay lets you conveniently forget about writing checks and mailing payments. Your gas bill is automatically deducted from your bank account each month. While AutoPay makes your bill-paying automatic, eBill makes it paperless. That's right, no more paper bill! Pay by Phone - Pay by phone 24 hours a day - 7 days a week with BillMatrix. Use your credit, debit, ATM card, or Check by Phone to pay your gas bill. There is no application or enrollment process just call (toll free) 1-866-558-2808 and follow the prompts. Payments made before 10:00 PM, MST will usually be posted to your gas account the next business day. There is a $2.75 convenience fee charged by BillMatrix for each payment made through this service. Pay by Mail - Mailing your payment is easy. Intermountain Gas Company provides a pre-printed envelope in your gas bill each month. Simply enclose the bottom section of your bill and your check payable to Intermountain Gas Company, add postage, and drop the envelope in the mail. If you misplace your pre-printed envelope, mail your payment to: Intermountain Gas Company P.O. Box 64 Boise, ID 83732
Pay in Person - You can pay your bill in person at any Intermountain Gas office or Western Union Convenience Pay location. To find the Intermountain Gas Company office or Convenience Pay location nearest you, see our service area map.
Level Pay - Level Pay makes budgeting easier by paying a set amount each month.
Payment Extensions - Customers enrolled in online account services may be eligible for payment extensions. This service is available at our E-Payment Center. Or Contact our Customer Service Department. In the Treasure Valley area call 377-6840, all other areas call 1-800-548-3679, 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., MST, Monday - Friday. Self service Payment Extensions are also available by phone. After dialing our Customer Service Department, select the Current Balance and Payment option.
