Pay by Phone - Pay by phone 24 hours a day - 7 days a week with
BillMatrix. Use your credit, debit, ATM card, or
Check by Phone to pay
your gas bill. There is no
application or enrollment process just call
(toll free) 1-866-558-2808 and follow the prompts.
Payments made by
midnight, MST will usually be posted to your gas
account the next business day. There is a $2.75 convenience fee charged
by BillMatrix for each payment made through this

by Mail - Mailing
your payment is easy. Intermountain Gas
Company provides a pre-printed envelope in your gas
bill each month. Simply enclose the bottom section of your bill and your check payable to Intermountain Gas Company, add postage, and drop the envelope in
the mail. If you misplace your pre-printed
envelope, mail your payment to:

Payment Extensions - Customers enrolled in online account services
may be eligible for payment extensions. This
service is available at our E-Payment Center.
Contact our Customer Service Department. In
the Treasure Valley area call 377-6840,
all other areas call 1-800-548-3679, 7:00
a.m. through 7:00 p.m., MST, Monday -
Friday. Self service Payment Extensions are also
available by phone. After dialing our Customer
Service Department, select the Current Balance
and Payment option.
