eBills - Paperless Statements

How to Switch to Paperless eBills

If you are not already enrolled for Online Services, enroll and select the 'eBill' Bill Delivery Method during enrollment
Already enrolled for Online Services? Switch to Paperless

After switching you will receive one more paper bill advising you that it will be your last paper bill. Each month you will receive an email when your new bill is ready to view.

ePayments - Schedule a one-time payment

  • Pay in full or make multiple partial payments
  • Your online payment will be withdrawn from the checking account you’ve designated, on the date you’ve selected
  • No sign-up waiting period
  • There is no charge for this service

How to Make ePayments

After enrolling for online services, go to E-Payment Center and click on Pay Bill. The first time here you will enter your checking account information on our VeriSign secure website. There’s no waiting, your payment can be scheduled immediately!
